Coorie Collar

I love making coorie collars.  Their design is just made for a coorie doon (snuggle in).  This one has been made with cream blue faced leicester wool top and wensleydale curly locks.  Measuring from the neck to shoulder it is 22cm and from the top of the collar to the v of the back is 44cm.  It fits sizes small to medium.  I have been told that it protects even against the Scottish winds! Given that sheep do well here it is perhaps no surprise.  It is such a tactile garment and you get so much pleasure running your hands though the luscious curls.  A special woolly hug for sure.
