Returns and Refunds Policy

Naturally, I want everyone to love the products I make. But I also know that sometimes we just change our minds and what is suitable one moment may not be the next.

I will gladly accept returns and buyers must contact me within 14 days of delivery. If you choose to return an item please note you must dispatch the items back to me within 21 days of or original delivery date to be eligible for return.

The following items cannot be returned (unless they are recieved by you having been damaged by a courier):

Custom, Bespoke or Personalised orders; or intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons). 

For details on the return of damaged items please refer to the conditions of return below.

I am very sorry, but I do not accept cancellations after shipping has been made, or any research or physical work on a bespoke design item has begun.

Due to the nature of the gifts I produce, there are different return policies for each of the following product types which will be evident form the item descriptions: Upcycled Eco-Printed products, New Eco-Printed products, and New Handmade Felted products.

Upcycled Eco=Printed products

These are upcycled, second hand items, and are sold as described. Every item has been thoroughly checked for any flaws or damage prior to printing, and has been examined carefully after the printing process was completed. 

Where there are any flaws or marks on an item, these will have been clearly identified in the item description prior to sale. By purchasing the item you will be accepting any marking or flaws as described and these are therefore is not considered eligible reason for an item refund. 

Where sizes of garments are given, these are described are as per the manufacturers specifications.

New Eco-Printed Products

These are a newly-purchased product that is altered via the processes of eco-printing.

Every item has been thoroughly checked for any flaws or damage prior to printing, and has been examined carefully after the printing process was completed. Where there are any flaws or marks on an item, these will have been clearly identified in the item description prior to sale.

As a result of the eco-printing process, every item will have a unique look and will be as shown in the photographs and detailed in the item description.

The colours and uniqueness of the item will be clearly identified in the item description prior to sale and by purchasing the item you will be accepting any marking as described.

Where sizes of garments are given, these are described are as per the manufacturers specifications.

New Felted Products

These are a hand crafted product that is produced using the techniques of wet felting to bind and craft wool into shapes and structures. The colours and uniqueness of the item will be clearly identified in the item description prior to sale and by purchasing the item you will be accepting any stylisation or defined markings as described.

Every item is uniquely made and has been thoroughly checked for any flaws or damage prior to posting to ensure it is exactly as shown in the photographs on the shop.

Conditions of Return

​

Buyers are responsible for all return postage costs. 

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Should an item be couriered to you and arrive damaged or become missing in transit in the post, please advise me immediately with photographic proof of damage to the packaging and item and I will contact the courier regarding the loss and try to arrange refund as soon as practicable.

All refunds will be made through Paypal only using the details and contact email through which the order was placed.
